Received and starting taking my pills 5/4/2012. Noticed an increase in energy when I usually get tired later in the day. Taking the pills correctly and excercising with a healthier diet. I was very skeptical about trying phentramin-d and I must admit, some of their claims are a little exaggerated, but this product actually works. It didn’t give me any increase in energy, but it greatly reduced my appetite. I noticed I’d get full much faster while eating and therefore I’d end up eating less. I bought a 3 month supply and ended up losing a total of 25lbs during that time period. I am very happy with the results.

I started on phentramin-d about a week ago and been takin them right. one in the morning 20 min before I eat and one 20 min before lunch. But I get very tired after the 2nd one wears off. And I have dizzy spells. I like the way it supreses my hunger.Although I stopped takin them after getting nosiated and a big dizzy spell. I started Phentramine D 1 week ago and have lost 4 lbs. I have not execised but have been eating healthier along with the suppressed appetite. It does make me a bit more thirstier than usual but that’s not a bad thing since I drink a lot of water than I did before. I will start this week off with excercise and diet to really take full advantage of the pills potential.

I have been taking Phentramin-D for about 3 weeks now. I am somewhat discouraged. I haven’t lost any thing. I go to the gym 3 days a week and have also modified my diet with healthier food and cut my calorie intake. I consume between 800 and 1200 calories a day approximately. This is a lot less than I was taking in. I’m not sure why but this product does not seem to be working for me. Any advice or suggestions??

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE PILLS! Don’t think, for one second, that the testimony you are about to read is fake. I am 100% real. I am 31, weigh 440lbs, and am desperate to lose weight. I tried everything, to quench that hunger that hurt me so much, and ruined so many diets. But these pills have done JUST THAT. I am following the Slimfast 3-2-1 diet, and STICKING TO IT 100%. I have also started water aerobics and am working out as much as possible, atleast 2 hours a day, everyday. Lord willing, I will begin to drop this weight, and FAST. Im a HUGE fan of Adipex D as they were great mood enhancers without the horrific side effects. I ordered Phentramin d and got it within 48 hours of my ordering the 180 count. I took my first one around lunch time and I am not kidding you its the worst feeling I’ve had. My head hurts like HELL as does my shoulders and its not a good feeling at all.
